2. Appointments and Cancellations

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Payments

• Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

• Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and specific services requested.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Please ensure that your vehicle is accessible and there is adequate space for our mobile unit to work.

• Remove all valuables and personal items prior to service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

• Inform us in advance of any specific concerns or damage to your vehicle.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to deliver quality services and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of service. We will address your concerns and may offer a re-service at our discretion.

6. Liability

While we take great care in handling your vehicle, Signature Mobile Detailing is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Damage caused by worn-out parts or surfaces

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

All services are performed at the customer’s risk and discretion.
